Shipping Policy:
99% of orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Standard Shipping: Orders placed before 12pm CT should be received within 5-7 business days. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays are handled on the Monday or the first working day after.
DELAYED OR LOST ORDERS: A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 15 business days for US orders and 21 business days for international orders. We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the courier. Although orders normally take much less than that we are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed.
